We had our biggest event to date and the official launch of Future Talent Leaders, hosted in conjunction with Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, diving into the topic of AI in the modern workplace.
The evening kicked off with Leo Harrison and Jim Carrick-Birtwell, followed by an in-depth discussion between Steven Bartlett and Dr Michelle Penelope King on connection, motivation, and Talent in the age of AI with a future-forward focus on how we can best use AI in our everyday lives.
One way AI is rapidly changing the workplace is how it’s making us prioritise behaviours over skills, which will eventually lead to better structured in-person spaces with a sense of community rather than just rooms with desks and seat fillers.
