AI is speeding up the work. Who is looking after the people doing it?
On 11 November, Chapter 2 hosts a live panel for senior and talent leaders: How to protect engagement, collaboration and employee wellbeing in the age of AI.
Workplace relationships decide who advances, who stays and who burns out. We’ll cover how the relationship skills people use at home show up, or don’t, at work. We’ll look at what separates a healthy working relationship from a vague, half-defined one, and at the behaviours leaders can adopt to build real connection, not another mandatory culture initiative.
Dr Michelle King is an organisational psychologist and bestselling author (_My Workplace Is Killing Me_, _The Fix_, _How Work Works_) whose clients include Amazon, Netflix and JPMorgan. She is Chapter 2’s newest board advisor and chair of the C2 Advisory. She’ll lead from the data: what these dynamics cost in turnover and performance, and what fixes them.
Paul C. Brunson, broadcaster and relationship expert on _Married at First Sight_, _Celebs Go Dating_ and _Red Flag_, brings a decade of conversations about what breaks a relationship and what repairs it. On the panel, he applies them to colleagues and managers, not couples.
